Hey everyone,

I decided to take some updated pictures of my car, I got my exhaust, spacers and test pipe installed about 2 weeks ago but haven't gotten a chance to take some pictures until today.

I also plasti-dipped the chrome window trim, rear emblem and the chrome around the grill.

Let me know what you guys think!

Fog lights for 2011 Honda accord lx-s coupe

My accord doest come with fog lights only the v6 models do so i ordered fog lights and when I went to install them the brackets matched up with the bumper but the lights didn't fit in the bumper cut outs does anyone know a place where I could order fog lights for my acccord and guarantee that they will fit in the bumper cut outs?

I need to know what is this and what does it do?! K24Z2/3 engine. It was one hose going to a vacuum port in the manifold and another to the bottom of the engine. The thing with the black cap next to the fuel rail

So I have an '09 Sedan EX-L i4

I plan on lowering this summer or winter but I'm indecisive on which brands to go with. The ones I would like to stick to would be Megan, TEIN, Eibach, and Buddy Club.

I want some reliable coilovers and a camber kit. My budget for all of it I would set to about $1k for the coilovers and camber kit. Im still on stock EX-L rims but plan on going VS-XX next year.

So my question is which would be the best coilover to get for my car and camber kit. I don't really want a crazy negative camber in the rear because I dont feel like buying new tires every 6 months.

But I want the adjust ability to SLAM my car but also get it back to around factory stock height. This is very important in my selection lol

Which brand should I go with?

And how do you guys like your coilovers / camber kits?

Are there any up and coming brands I should consider?

Interior Illumination kit?

Hi guys I just bought the OEM switch for the interior illumination, is there any way to adapt it and wire custom LEDs to it?

Any way I can open it or has anyone modify it? I mean I dont want to pay $80 for the whole kit just to get the harness.... they dont sell the harness separately =/

ABS and VSA light on after coilover install

These lights came on as soon as i started the car after installing megan ez. I checked the speed sensor wires and it seems ok but then again not really sure what im checking for. Even disconnected battery to see if thatll do anything and nothing

Hello everyone, I posted a few weeks ago when my Megan Coils came in. Got them installed and pix to prove it. Went over to a buddies house and we did our vehicles together.

Take note : I plan on going A LOT lower once I get the wheels. (Still researching for exactly what I want). I know the back is a little high still but I don't care, again, I will be adjusting everything once the wheels come in. I just wanted to get them on now so I didn't have to worry about it later.

Still a decent judge on how it looks on stocks if anyone was thinking about rocking them for awhile.

What radio harness !?

Was M8G so i recently picked up a Pioneer double din and obv. trying to install it on my car. 2012 4door special edition. does anybody know where i can find the correct harness from our factory harness to the after market radio harness so i dont have to cut the OEM one. i tried looking it up and i get a couple different part numbers. if anybody could help would be great. and links would be even better

What's going on guys! Just thought I would give myself and my car a little introduction. My name is Andrew and I recently picked up a 2008 v6 5AT accord coupe. Back in 08 my mom owned an EX-L sedan, and I would always be begging to drive it (I owned a Camry at that time). From then I knew what I wanted as my next car. The styling of the accord coupe catches my attention in a crowd of many other vehicles. I am absolutely in love with this car, and I hope to share this passion with other members on here. If anyone else on here is from the Valley, feel free to PM me so we could get together sometime. My friends and I are looking for other car enthusiasts to hang out with :D In the past month I've blacked out the grill, emblems, and purchased some new rims. I just ordered a takeda SRI, and I am really excited to get that bad boy installed. Future mods include megan exhaust, rv6 jpipe and rv6 high flow precats, unorthodox racing crank pully, and a full coil over suspension.

[Brain storming] Enging Covers Mod

So I mentioned this on the Facebook group before, but not much info. Was thinking of swapping the engine cover and ignition cover to the 09+ TSX covers.

As seen, the bolt holes for the spark plug cover line up from a quick glance. The engine cover, on the other hand, doesn't. The two bolts that go through the cover are closer together than the Accord's. The bolts on the TSX sit between the outer two intake header while the Accord bolts sit on the outside edges.

After pulling my cover off tonight, I took a closer look.

Here's a close-up shot of where the Accord's engine.

Here's a close-up on the right side bracket, and to the left, you can see a spot that was shaved down where a bolt goes through below it to secure the intake manifold, however the position is lined up to go between the two tubes of the manifold, and where I predict the TSX bracket is located.

Here's a close-up on the left bracket, but with the bracket removed, showing the bare mount for the bracket.

To me, it definitely seems like that is where the TSX mount is for the engine cover.

Before thinking about replacing physical components to make the mod work, which options do you guys think would be easier?
1. Make a flat piece of metal that goes on top of the existing bracket to relocate the bolt hole, and securing a nut to the back of it to thread the bolt through.
2. Remove the stock bracket and add a new bracket that extends the base mounts closer towards the center before reattaching the stock bracket.

Think either of those two would provide enough support to keep the cover in place? Definitely want to give this a shot and try a new cover since my current ones didn't turn out as I liked the first time I painted them. Also planning on replacing the Acura emblem with a Honda emblem.
